Hi Chris. Thanks for this tutorial. A few questions since you asked for it LOL. 1) Do you ever get any pushback when you call because they simply wanted the video? (2) Do you see a big difference between in response by using listing cake (video) vs. your freephotobranding tool? (3) I tried to contact support about a problem with freephotobranding but the email bounced back. The image Layout with the detailed agent info does not work and hasn't worked for months. Do you plan on fixing that or will you only be servicing the Listing Cake software? (4) where do you see more results from Craigslist or the Marketplace?

Hey Allen, thanks. Free Photo Branding and Listing Cake are different tools and have different purposes. Yes technically they both "brand" your multimedia with your personal info, but Free Photo Branding is specifically for protecting your listing photos on the various listing sites, such as Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia. Listing Cake is for building an awesome bribe that you can use to attract leads. Free Photo Branding should still work... not sure what your issue might be. Finally, you'll definitely get more results from Craigslist (for now), but I recommend you use both.

I am guessing you are putting in the listing agent's info into the video on Listingcake. What is stopping the people viewing the video from just calling the listing agent since their info is posted in the video instead of messing around with you?

Two things. #1 - I don't put the listing agent info...it's not necessary, and Listing Cake is specifically designed so that you don't have to. #2 - I don't care if they have other agent's contact info. I'm under no illusion that they don't know that there are other realtors in the world. But I have the lead now, and if I don't screw up the follow up, I should be able to convert it to a sale.

Also, I can't seem to get my full video to upload on Listing cake. It seems to pause halfway through. Do you have any suggestions to fix this?

I tried on my computer and it uploads the video with the checkmark that flashes and then when I go all the way to create tour it says oops you haven't uploaded anything...

@@culverrd Take short video clips, no more than 20 seconds at a time. They will upload much quicker.
