This video was particularly interesting to watch, because inks are still a dark horse for me . Learnt a lot, some things were added to my wishlist ( 😂😂😂), had a lovely time hanging out with you 😊. Morning accomplished! Hope the storm didn't do much damage in your area (well, everywhere, but in your area in particular), we are going to be hit with a storm this evening, winter is officially here! I wonder, if your husband watches your videos... If he does, the tile might be commandeered back! 😂 Watch out! 😉 P.S.: That green ink is gorgeous! Just wondering, are there art supplies out there that don't trigger full set syndrome? 🤭

So nice to see you Ellen! We will have to coordinate our meeting on here and time the putting on of the kettle so that we can have a lovely cup of virtual tea together too! Luckily so far the storm has not actually come to anything over this way- I hope that you got through it unscathed too. Bit scary at this time of the year, the wind especially does huge amounts of damage. He does watch the odd one- I shall write my name prominently on that tile! Inks are not something that I have used an awful lot- one of the materials that i buy and have the best intentions to use...PanPastels fall into that category too but i am making a gargantuan effort to change that. Haha, sadly, to answer your question, um....no. Even a can of home brand wall paint can trigger sensitive people 😂😂😂.

@debbievongrabler-crozier2646 Oh, yes, the cup of tea together would be nice, albeit a virtual one! 😁 Luckily,we got through comparatively ok, only 2 days with no electricity and heating, but we have fireplaces, so we could keep warm. But people in the new built houses were suffering, as they don't have fireplaces and even chimneys, which makes my daughter very anxious about kids, who live there - (no chimney being a major problem for Santa Clause to bring the presents in). Oh, and the storm STOLE my flower pot!!! 😡 Left the bulbs and the compost in the mess on the driveway, but the pot they were in is gone! I was looking everywhere and couldn't find it. Filing a complaint! Good grief...next time I am in a DIY shop, I need to be more careful around house paint, in case I turn out to be a susceptible type...🤣 Just to be safe... Have a lovely week, and see you next time! ☺️

Just rewatching this as I'm ordering some inks, I've had the fw peach pink for years and it's been very unloved but its out on my desk now ready to be used! Have you ever used the octopus write and draw inks? (no actual octopus were harmed in the making of this ink!) I've put the forest set on my list, some great greens and browns I'm hoping!

oooh that is dangerous! I cannot count the amount of times that i have had my art shop page open whilst watching a YT video! I haven't used them.....that might be something to explore in 2025! Deb xx

Does that brush tear up the paper?

Not as a rule but it does depend on a couple of factors- the quality of the paper and also how hard and long you scrub with the brush. On lighter and cheaper paper, you cannot use the brush in this way for quite as long (you really have to test it and see9. I have not had too many problems however. Deb xx
