Your faux postage stamps are so pretty! I watched many videos, but your technique of putting the image on the book pages FIRST and then cutting it is...brilliant! It saves all that time trying to find the right size image for the paper stamp you cut. Thank you so much for sharing.

You can use the edge of a aluminum foil box or clear wrap box. Instead of a tape dispenser. I do!

I really like that idea. They do make beautiful stamps.

I like these because they are bigger than actual postage stamps. Using the scissors is so much easier. I will be looking for the book. This was almost a mass make project and super easy. ❤❤❤

When you use up plastic wrap or tin foil rolls you can cut the side of the box with the tear strip fold it in half and glue it together and it does the same type of tear as a tape dispenser.

So much fun, Tina, and they look fantastic. .... I think the revisit series is great. I’ve seen most of them, but it is always helpful to see it again because I’ve (probably) forgotten about the technique. 🤣😉

I thought it was high time i watched how to make these faux stamps i love them, when i saw this recap video i thought i'm watchin this!! thanks for the shout out i wish the dispensers weren't so heavy I'd send you one, but mine are vintage they weigh a tonne lol. they're perfect for the smaller stamps because of the width of the serrated gap. apparently you can get them in the wider version but i have so much stuff i'm just gonna use your method here. thanks heaps hugs Donna (Australia)

Have you seen the Graphic Fairy's blog on how they do the edge. They used those hairdresser's scissors used to thinning hair. The egde looks brilliant like that and those scissors are fairly easy to find and are not too expensive.

Yay, welcome to my channel🤗. I’ve had my postage stamp stamp for years, but I think it was from a set from Recollections, maybe google it, you never know if it might still be available somewhere x
