What is going on at around 10:14? Where Jensen, off camera, is going "Do you mind if I call you Jennifer?" and Jared goes "Yes, my name is Jared!".

A fan had asked them a question, something around the lines of "as actors, what do you notice in a script that's either tacky or cliche?" and Jensen went on to say how you could "say the same thing but in a different way" to suit the script better - if the dialogue was too obvious. For an example he went on to say, "if you see somebody and you're like, you know - Jennifer. Do you mind if I call you Jennifer?" He was not addressing Jared, and that's why Jared's response was so brilliant.
