I have 2 of your barrels that failed a function gauge..You should check every chamber with a function gauge as it is quite easy and will quickly find any chamber flaws..

@faxon I got an ARAK 21 from them and it is visibly out of spec. I'm a machinist and see so many visible flaws, I sent it back to them and they had it for months and sent it back without any fix and dirty as fuck.

Hey Guys. I like your show. I'm retired USAF and am also a 3rd party Magnaflux (Mag bench Manufacturer - the same one shown in you video) service technician. I perform maintenance and calibrations on mag particle equipment for various customers that support oil and gas , aerospace and even arms manufacturing in Texas and some of the surrounding states. I have been at this job now for almost 7 years and enjoy the opportunities to provide such a service. In addition, I also own a scratch built AR-15 style, piston actuated rifle with a Faxon, Flame fluted 20" barrel that I enjoy shooting. I have a question regarding the process a barrel goes through to de-stress them after hardening and manufacturing? The first barrel I had was stainless and came as part of a complete upper. I immediately had an issue were the first shot was visible on the target and then the follow up shots were all over the place. That issue gave me cause to purchase the Faxon barrel. I can't tell you how I came to your brand, but the purchase was well worth the fun and enjoyment I get from shooting my rifle.
