isn't oiaue a Tongan word? I've been saying it all my life! LOL...and I am coming correct and have no biases as I am Tongan and Samoan. My Samoan side says oka! or oka se! And it sounds like they're saying Oku Fefe? Which is the common greeting for how are you? As if they're saying Oh Em Gee, how are you? And I myself have said that to people, who also speak Tongan, whom I haven't seen in a while.

Just to clear this all up, that's Fiji in the background, he actually did alot of the background vocals and helped out with the harmonies on the sessions that took place during this recording. That's not Faya in this recording but the actual work of a talented all around musician by the name of Ernest 'Goof' Saffings... but Faya plays this song live.
