As an Asian, I don't know the Ramyeon things either. Actually it depends on people. Even in Asia, different countries have different pronounce. Such as in China, we will say:" Hey, do you want to come to my home to see my cat, it can turn a somersault."

I agree about the "babe" thing! That's what I was trying to tell my friend the other day. You don't just slip on an endearment that is not your native language. Unlike with Freen's "Ter" moment with Becky (the one where she saw the train with Becky's face mid speech in an interview). The difference is, Freen's slip is in her native tongue whereas Faye's not. For context, the term "Ter" in Thai is basically "you" but the way Freen used the term, with inflection, is the type of "Ter" you use to/with a romantic/intimate partner.
