If Mama Rug loves Big Hunk, you can get it freeze dried I sold freeze dried candy for a bit and talked with A LOT of people who do this for a business. It is a very popular seller. Freeze drying takes the moisture out and when it expands in the vacuum chamber it gets light and fluffy. Most wont stick in your teeth if done correctly
