The truth hurt....Common sense, if I'm the boss, you not gonna eat more than me. That's if you work for anybody. He paid them what he felt they were worth. By not signing a contract, they rob themselves. No matter how you look at it. If they signed with any other company, they would have had way worst. They lucky to get what P did give them!
