Yeah - that's pretty goofy, but what's even more goofy is the fact that they threw the damn thing in the first place. They were literally approaching from the rear of the shooters, all they had to do was just shoot the dudes with their back turned to them. Instead they threw the flash-bang which pretty much merely alerted the gunmen to the presence of SWAT coming up the stairs. The first floor assault would have been where they shoulda used a flashbang, and yet they didn't and instead used one when they didn't need to, lol

Haha. 4. Lazy or just don't care. Those are my possible theories. Of course this happens even in the best of productions. James Cameron was notorious for attention to detail. Watch T2 the t1000s pistol sounded like it had a silencer.

SWAT is usually worth watching. There have been a few episodes that I have turned off a few minutes in because they were ignorant woke but it's only been a few. My main gripe is a 1000rd fire fight where nobody ever gets hit. SMH
