@@christopher7952 well, I wouldn’t go that far. Police are often helpful. Here in this city, there’s not enough police and there is chaos. If they are looking for a suspect and need to close case, and they find you, then it can be trouble. Like life, each human is different: most good, some bad.

Not supposed to lie about law though. That’s gotta be fact
@edwardlulofs44410 ай бұрын
@@justinpayne9457 really? Is that true that law enforcement is not supposed to lie about the law? I’m a senior but I have never seen anything like that. My father was in law enforcement and I read his state law book and never saw anything like that. But then, my father tried to be a very honest person-and I don’t think that honesty helped him in his career. He told me, while not saying explicitly, that law enforcement was quite subjective. He mentioned that he thought some were quite subjective about the law. And since I was on autistic spectrum I have always been very afraid of the irrational nature of humans and police. Social people dominate society now and they are offended by “too” much honesty. I become very nervous even when I try to follow the law. In my circumstances since I am White I have been allowed more benefit of the doubt than some other people. When you have such a power difference, behaviors can change quickly. So I just try to stay away from people to be safe.

Okay usa citizens. I'm a native American (yupik) I come in the world where my language is dying. If you know the history of yupik and inuit people. We didn't need school. Didn't need taxes to pay. Didn't live under a government. Didn't need money and jobs. Everything we did and do was off the land and our surroundings. We hunt and provide for food. We had community gatherings as Potlatch. We share everything we catch and make. Everything was peace. We traveled in groups, cared for everyone. And the food we eat wasn't processed food like today's food. We eat land and sea animals. We weren't advanced like today. Everything we had and own was made ourselves. So yeah I got alot more to say, thanks too governmental, it changed what we do today

Criminal Interrogation has nothing to do with trying to drag the truth out of someone. Instead, a criminal interrogator has already decided upon a confession that they want to hear, and the interrogator will keep "needling" the suspect until the suspect finally produces the exact confession that the criminal interrogator wants to hear.

When you are in the interview room, the FBI does everything it can to keep you from thinking calmly and rationally. I am not sure what I might say if I spent six hours in the interview room. I think it would be better if I had a lawyer in the room. The lawyer isn't afraid they are going to put him in jail.

FBI doesn't actually use legit techniques. Their power relies solely on two things: 1 it's a federal offense to lie to them and they get to decide what the truth is 2. They interview in pairs. The second agent is a notary and notarizes what the first agent says. They then use that to establish the narrative that because it's notarized that it's the truth and even if you're innocent, if you don't agree with them you're "lying." Respectfully as possible, the FBI couldn't care less from my encounters with them. Not exactly the conductions of the best in the world. It was very upsetting I had always thought them an incredible entity but perhaps I just had a bad operator he was quite uninterested. The last time I called them essentially informing them of very serious matters mainly regarding a child and further severe legal compromisations and conflicts that led to very bad injustices in a small local system and many more things all of which are provable that nearly killed someone it was that horrific, they showed no interest despite being able to prove everything that happened. I pretty much lost most of my faith that day as this was a very critical matter.
