WD script hook menu-Toggle felony list-FBI-come back and press toggle button- now when you start a chase FBI will come after you. If you press clear chase they will disappear. Its not like you are spawning them. They are gone when the chase is over. Except if you hide until they loose you, they will not be hostile but still get into their vehicle and try to leave/despawn.

Actually in rare instances, Umeni can fight the police, so the FBI fighting them doesn't sound too farfetched. Usually you have to be actively be shot at by Umeni and call the police on Umeni and I think that causes them to shoot at each other. They're neutral towards each other normally so that's why they don't fight. So I imagine doing a similar thing with the FBI will work, like perhaps making them spawn from the forge evidence hack instead of police with the power of mods. On a side note, it's one of the fabled fights I thought of maybe being possible in this game alongside FBI vs Prime_Eight

I use WD2 script hook, switch wanted system to FBI and turn it on. As soon as I use no wanted command they disappear though. So as soon as they arrive I hide and wait until they losses me, after that I call gang attack on them.
