I do not see these options on the FBR site. The Asset Declaration under 2019 ordinance gives error. The form 116(2) also gives error. No one is helping in this regards.

Dear Sir, I am an overseas Pakistani living in Saudi Arabia owning some properites in Pakistan from which i am getting rental income, I declared myself as a non-resident in october 2018 when i visited Pakistan. My mother also lives with me and she has declared herself as a filer. If a filer purchases a property in the name of wife or son or daughter which are non filers. He declares it in his assest declaration form under "asset in others name. Does this mean a Benami property or exempt due to direct legal heirs.
