Pretty sure chem would stay the same but I'm not sure. You can check by checking their in game stats during the game. Go team management then in the squad check their stats. If they have rhe full chemitrt boost then you know it works

@LukeJarrett.1892 shows how little youknow 🤣 coz everyone has different styles of play so different formations do more then others for players I don't have anybproblems in 4213 but this one does nothing for me.
