I regularly send my best YA graduates to Valencia out on loan if the opportunity presents itself. Aside from the lower-rated La Liga sides, they’re always a safe bet.

Hey I got a question at what rating ya players get the play style plus? I sent my players out on loan and waited before they reached 79 rating before I called them back and it didn’t show whe he hit 80 rating

In FC24 sending YA players on loan stopped PS from upgrading to PS+ Pretty sure that’s still the case in FC25

Hi Mr FCG, I have a question There is a bug in FC25 career mode that the overall upgrades/downgrades are not shown. For example +1,+2,+7 etc. same with -3,-4,-5 etc. This is why it is confusing for me to know that my players are increasing significantly while doing a youth academy career mode. Is it normal as a new feature or is it a bug that should be fixed in the next update. Kind regards

Sadly not a bug mate. Removed on purpose. In fact EA have removed the + numbers from other games released this year too.

@@FCGems It is not a good idea and not helpful for users to be honest, it makes it confusing for users, like for example, I am a youth academy career mode and I have no idea that my player has gone up by 3 or 5 or 6 at the end of the season. Second of all, can you do a video about youth academy position change to see how to do it, like for example converting a striker to defender or is it now dealing with player roles. Player roles are so confusing in FC25 career mode. I also have another question, so I found most players in the youth academy that is worth more than a million but their potential is between 65 or above to 87 or above potential. Is it a good player for the future if I did a position with a plus on any role for position or do I have to put a specific role in each position to find a good player. Does best youth academy players means finding a player that is from 80-94 potential. Any questions?

I just needed help and advices on methods of how to get the best players and do position changes for academy players like previous FIFA games so it could be fun. In season 1, I got a winger from Burkina Faso, valued at 2 million, his overall was at 67 with a potential of 71-94 found out when I calculated the overall, age and value, he was 67 rated with a potential of 79-82 In season 2, his value was at 1.8 million and he is a 71 overall player with a potential of 73. What is going on FC25? Which one could be the best, getting a player that has a potential of 75-94 potential no matter how high the overall or is it something else? Any questions?

I like to challenge myself by doing 1. A career mode where only 1 player per country 2. Only transfers can’t come from certain leagues 3. Only sign players over the age of 30
