Bcs xavi already said we CANT compete against RMA. And bro laporta didn't beg xavi to stay its actually vice versa, xavi convinced laporta to stay. 'Laporta was CONSIDERING asking xavi to stay' he did not BEG xavi.

Thiago Motta might become an amazing manager. I think him going to Juventus, will get him ready for us down the road. I would like to see how he adjust that team to play his style.

Conte is available. In my eyes he could be the right man for barca at the moment. At Juve, Inter and Chelsea he took teams that weren't competing at the time and made them league winners. He won't be a long term solution, since he's annoying and hard to work with, but he might be a solid coach for like 2 seasons, to build a team with winning mentality.

How on earth do you think any of this is likely to happen? For one thing, Lewa doesn't want to go so you can't sell a player against his will. Plus, Nunez and Greenwood seem like really bad ideas.
