Seems it's Controlling the weight of the pass, to fall in a predisposed spot, and within a time limit, while in transitions. Repetition to lay it into the subconscious. Along with movement in correct or open positions. To react to similar recognized patterns in an actual game. I'd be assuming that players who will find themselves in similar positions are grouped together.

Really don´t know about Guardiola.. many say he is one of the best... but honestly.. BCN with Messi in his prime age, Bayern, a team which have won the last 10 years and is Germany´s richest club with Lewandowski in his prime age and now M.
