LA native here, Dad's from Cinci. Starting following the MLS last year, becoming a fan of LAFC but developed a soft spot for you guys after watching a few videos of the team. Being that it's my dad's hometown I think I'll definitely make FC Cincinnati my East coast team (probably add a jersey down the line to go with my LAFC one). It was a great crowd, great game my only complaints is the pitch could been better but it will take time for it to settle. It's crazy to think that FCC had the second biggest crowd in week 2 but you guys made it happen. My only concern is will they be able to keep this up. I followed FCC since 2017 and they seem to do a good job at that but there is a small problem. On MLSsoccer.com about FCC nearing a sellout for that game some people in the comment section brought up some interesting points. It took FCC one day before the big game to sell it out. Some wonder what could happen later in the season like August. Considering the fact it took so long to sellout the most important game in your history. Me personally I don't think that is a issue because I have 100% faith you guys will keep it up.

Joshua Simmons yea honestly I’m very curious about this as well! I was expecting the home opener to sell out within hours of going on sale and it took a month. I know there a ton of people who are in 100% no matter what! But I’m wondering about a lot of the walk-up casual for lack of better term fans. Will they still come on a random Wednesday night match! The Home Opener was on St. Patrick's Day (on a Sunday) in a city that REALLY celebrates it and many have their own St. Paddy's Day traditions... 21,000+ Season tickets this year will keep the average above 27,000 and as soon as the schools are out, and the Summer weather arrives, 30,000 will be the norm. On top of that, Nippert wasn't built for comfort (or even going to the bathroom lol) so the last few (crappy) seats are a tough sell..March 2020 our new Stadium will take care of all of those issues. Rome wasn't built in a day.... but we're having a great ride! #FCC #Cincinnati

MrRoztoc thanks for checking out the video and you make a good point but I think your missing the point of this video entirely! It was never my intention to show off or provide analysis of the match! If you want that there are literally 100 other sports channels that you can get that. This was 100% to show off our supporters! This was to show someone not from Cincy what it’s like to be a part of our amazing supporters group and get a feel of what it’s like to be in the crowd! THE intention was to get someone with a preconceived notion that soccer might be boring see our supporters and be like “hey that looks like fun I’m going to check it out”. They come to the match thinking they are just going to enjoy the atmosphere and then fall in love with our beautiful game! If being a season ticket holder in the USL before all the hype, wanting to grow our sport and bring more people into the soccer family isn’t passion for the sport then I don’t know what is!

I do think there is a lot of hype and fans may be jumping on because of that hype! But there is an extremely solid base of fans that were here from day one that no matter what love this game and the squad!
