You should use a 4-3-3 attack and loan in Xavi Simons with an option to buy, put him at CAM and Griezman at ST. Sign Arnau Martinez for the RWB position as he's fast, is a good dribbler and is amazing at passing, he's market value is only 30.5M

You should do a 3-4-1-2 and make Samuel Lino or riquelme or llorente because they’re good at left/right midfield and maybe you can sign a midfielder like Ederson for backup. Hope it helps❤

Use the 4-3-3 formation. The tactic is wing play. For LW sign Nico Williams or Jack Grealish or Martinelli or Gakpo or Savio or Garnacho or Rashford. For CDM sign Weiffer or Joao Gomes or Kalvin Phillips or Endo or Fofana or Kobbie Mainoo.

I suggest u play a 4-4-2 formation and the depth covered is narrow so that the passing could be more free-flowing. I suggest u play Wing-Play as there are two wingers which are young and talented. Lino and Riquelme.

Try to use one of your strikers as a false 9 and one to get in behind. Also put your CDM on stay back while attacking as a deep lying playmaker. Use a high pressing tactic with the same formation. Moving from one system to the other suddenly is a lil unrealistic.
