Hi! It’s me, I’m back again…. I’ve always wondered how do you get across the goal so quickly, when I dive my keeper won’t get to the ball quick enough, and I’ll miss it, (I have a 95 overall build, 2 gold playstyles, quick reflexes inside box, and the outside the box one and other playstyles) I was looking back at your controller inputs video, and it looked like you clicked the joysticks while holding them to the left or right, is that how you get there so quick (sorry for such a long question😂) ❤

Welcome back! It really depends on the situation but often I'll use the sprint button briefly to get across my line, have to be really careful when doing it though as you'll be in less control and find it harder to get back across your goal again if you need to. If not sprinting then I just try to read the play and start moving across the goal before the pass has been made.. that and using a tall build probably help for that extra bit of reach. I don't click in the sticks or anything, probably just accidently pushed too hard on them in the controller video haha. Thanks for the comment, hope it helps 😊✌️

It's literally just pattern recognition, the more you play the the more you are in the same situation and it becomes easier and easier to predict where the shots will go. Don't get me wrong, there is still times you'll go the wrong way but it happens less as you play more. There are also things to look out for like body position of the person shooting. It can also be helpful to keep track of where different players are shooting throughout the game, often the more shots someone takes, the easier they become to read. For close shots you of course need a good idea of where they're are going to shoot before they shoot but there are some shots where you can wait until you see the direction of the ball before diving. A nice trick to learn is leaving part of your goal a little more open than you normally would but enough to still have it covered, you'll see in some of my saves I'm leaving my near post open a bit, often this will bait someone into thinking there's enough space to score there and they don't realise you actually have it covered, this also has the benefit of covering the far post a little more at the same time just in case they shoot there. Last tip is mainly for divisions and not really competitive but a huge amount of players have a bias for shooting across their body, you can see this at 0:36, im able to move myself early to get the save, Doesn't mean they won't shoot near post but in that situation you have to make a decision. To some it all up, it's literally a case of the more you play, the easier it gets to predict then all you have to do is position yourself well and time the dive 👍

Hi. Even though he is tilting his stick in response to the shot, he sometimes stands still and ends up scoring the goal. Is there any reason? Do you ever find yourself standing on your feet?

It's a issue for sure, I'm not sure it's intentional, since some people claim it's from miss timing your dive. I have had it when I felt my timing and positioning was perfect so who knows. Best way to avoid it is flick the stick more than once when you want to dive

Appreciate it, I have plenty of good saves, they are however spread out in different videos. I don't use auto postion much, just keep the circle on because it's what I'm used to and no real benefit to turning it off ✌️
