FCC Opens Application Window for Cybersecurity Pilot Program for Schools and Libraries

The FCC has opened the application window for their Schools and Libraries Cybersecurity Pilot Program. The program will provide up to $200 million dollars to selected participants over a three-year term. The FCC will collect data during the program to determine the effectiveness of using universal service funds for cybersecurity services and equipment to protect school and library broadband networks and data. The window opened on September 17, 2024 and will close on November 1, 2024. #FCC #CybersecurityPilotProgram #SchoolsLibraries
