This is how football is grown kudos to fc goa for doing this and also to their partners. Other clubs from regions like northeast, begal and kerala should learn from goa and try to create impact on local level rather then promises of big academies and all that first provide childern of this country a safe space to play and good grassroots coaches academies should only start after the age of 14.
