This beauty was built in 1935/36 and entered service in 1936 for the newly started shipping company AB Soya. During the years she shifted owners and name several times. In 1977 she was converted into a recreational ship and underwent renovations. In 2001 she was bought by the shipping company Walleniusrederierna (owned by Soya AB) and she was carefully renovated and converted into a conference- and representational ship.
