Gallant is an exceptional man, but war with Hezbollah means destruction of a lot of Israeli infrastructure, deaths and the economy. Unlesss he know of a weapon lke EMP or something to protect Israel, I'm perplexed by that. Though in the end, as Aviva correctly observes, Hezbollah has shrunk Israel and that is not sustainable.
