There was economic depression on 2007 but indian FDI kept falling till 2014 because of retroscopic tax levied on foreign companies. Recently, india lost case to Crain and paid huge penalty. The current govt abolished it. It also increased FDI in banking, defence and farma. Just because you hate Modi doesn't mean he is bad. Keep hating papu's army. :-)

That's why I look at growth from 2017 onwards, because that is what BJP has achieved, while 2014-2016/17 was the after effects of policies put in place in 2013.
