I was at FDIC on Friday spec'ing out a new ambulance. You can't see it all in one day.

I recognized FDIC immediately. Although not having attended FDIC, the company I work for, TenCate Protective Fabrics always has a large booth. I happen to work in our Defense and International division while those that attend are from our Emergency Response division. Now I'm going to have to check if you're wearing our products or not. I've somehow come across your channel and have done a nose dive into probably a couple hours worth in a few days. My nephew is a firefighter in Memphis as of a couple months ago (was in Ohio) and your channel is helping me really understand all that he does. Thank you for this.

Exactly, it's all about the community, not the department's name on the back of their gear. Our community owes it to the fallen and I'm glad that SMFR takes that as a serious priority.

the UAV thing for structural fires with a integrated TIC is a good system being used in parts of Europe with success to get a top down view on large scale fires as well as on fires with a lot of smoke... they even can be used on hazmat incidents when there are reactions happening or when materials burn with a nearly invisible flames and don't forget to keep them ready for SAR incidents as well... for example when looking for someone missing and you have to help those tools do work perfect for that greetings from Lower Austria (from the other side of the big pond) ;-)

This trade show paid for by Pierce... so it seemed. Also some feedback is to stop the background music when you're talking... it's fine during b-roll but when you're talking it's distracting. It's great that you were able to present to other fire departments what you do here, it would be awesome if others follow.

our county has a web site called Delcodispatch for Fire companies, Ems, and fire police. has subscription and 2 different ways to see and calls in the county ( live page and a hot page )
