1991 Mack Tower Ladder truck and it's the last Mack fire apparatus trucks before Seagraves replacement. Mack is the toughest trucks ever!

Joe, do you have any videos of Engine 263 beyond these two? My uncle, Jimmy Errico, was a member in the '80's through '96. He passed away 14 years ago this August and I never really got a chance to know him. And I'd really like to pick his brain now that I vollie in an engine company. If you have any info about him, I would sincerely appreciate it.

Might be a long shot, if you’re still on here. When was your uncle assigned to e263? In this video they’re using a 1981 Mack, ordered originally for e85. It became e263 after the original American Lafrance was totaled in an accident in I believe 1986. The Mack took over after e85 was shut down. Stayed with e263 till sometime in 93 just after the wtc bombing. If you have any family pictures of him with the truck, I’d love to talk about it. I own e263, the yellow Mack in the video. Been trying to find people who were assigned to it or have stories with it. Pictures from its time in service etc.

@@coltonchristman2070 I don’t have much contact with my Aunt anymore, but this was definitely the rig he was on. It’s awesome that you picked her up and are taking care of her. I love to see old rigs taken care of after their service is complete

@@coltonchristman2070 I don’t know anyone that he worked with in 263, but I know of a few guys from 117 during that time. Lou Rufrano is one of the guys with the Gettin Salty podcast, he might be someone you’d like to reach out to
