Not expecting it? Bruh you can hear that shit probably a dozen blocks away in any direction. People had PLENTY of room. Like the black car that went on the left side of the truck couldve easily stopped or pulled to the left but instead used the opportunity to try to squeeze through, not giving the truck a big enough radius to turn on, causing him to wait in the intersection, while ten cars just keep about their day, driving like normal.
