Is the Ferrera ever going to last long enough to justify what the FDNY paid for it if its been in need of repair THIS much since it was bought?

@@nicksfirechannel8179heres some more info the guy forgot to mention, a spare is a rig that has no equipment but its outfitted with equipment when needed by another engine, truck or rescue company, a reserve is a truck housed at station with all the equipment
