FE2 || Decaying Silo (Every In-game version | April-May 2023)

Decaying Silo is the 6th Crazy map in fe2, but the newest permanent version wasn't always that version. When It was highlighted, It revamped 4 times. I only was able to record 3 times cause my skill issue was bad when Decaying Silo was added in the pre-april fools area, so sadly, couldn't get no footage. But every other version I have footage of. So with that being said. Enjoy hearing those sirens lol

It took until the April 24th version for me to actually beat the map and the last version for me to be able to consistently beat it. But I was still somewhat new to crazy maps having only started in like march after not having played the game for a few years. I had quit the game before crazy was an official difficulty.

Decaying silo has had more problems since it came out due to some shortcuts that made the map easier but I see that as they have put more updates it has been seen that from being crazy easy now it literally became medium difficult and with bad optimization with strict timings and among other things that make me notice that Maxis wanted to make a map almost equal to AVM in difficulty aside, I think that Maxis also did not feel comfortable with his map itself Apart from the fact that on the discord servers and even his channel he is trying to do a Decaying Silo 2 because he didn't like the previous one and it makes sense since it was his turn to fix the mistakes he made for each update from time to time.

Yeah. Decaying Silo is overrhated. It's a special crazy map with a unique theme and pretty fun gameplay. Not the most golden out of the 7* crazy maps but doesn't deserve hate because of that.

The fact he litteraly had time to cancel his battery notification and still continue proves how much Decaying Silo got buffed, still, I respect your opinion but think the first version is the worst due to how easy it was and how many BROKEN shortcuts there were, the second best version was the one at 5:40 as I think the last part was really well reworked, and latest version is the best as there is not many shortcuts, it is very, VERY tense and it is very unforgivable if you mess up once or twice.

The worst changes of decaying silo were 1:That long jump at 7:48 2:The exit box reduction (i died at the end 5 times)

1. long jump at 7:48 isn't bad. Just jump late. 2. The exit box reduction honestly makes the map more intense. Like you have to escape before the doors close on you. Something unique and isn't "lava chasing you to the end" like every other crazy map in game.

these were all pre recordings. The first run was an archive i had. The middle two versions can be found in my April monthly highlights videos. And the final one I had to record. The dates in the bottom of each video shows what date I recorded this.
