I'm still debating on who will get a wish at the tower on my Blue Lion playthrough, Sylvain has great chances actually because i'm just not feeling that close to Dmitri so far, I'll see, but he's getting better at least. Seeing Syl's tower talk made my Golden Deer playthrough experience change so much, it created a tense love triangle between me, Claude and him, i enjoyed every seconds of it! He'll get the ring sooner or later, that's for sure, i love that character too much to not give it to him at least once. I carefully avoid the other parts of this video though, I'm tempted to see Dmitri's but he has to wow me more first before this event if he wants to get to talk to me in private.

he's popular but i think because he's so sweet and one of the younger students people see him more as the little brother type as for who to marry maybe go ashe because you have the goddess tower convo to go along with it i say this for most routes is that the house leader always makes more sense (in terms of marriage) because your character goes through the most with them specifically so i went for the house leader in all my playthroughs even though i love certain people it was tempting though because i wanted to romance all of those people as well plus hilda but she can't be romanced by female character anyway

You can choose who you want to meet manually if you go and talk to the gatekeeper at the month that the ball takes place, if you don't choose manually then you automatically get whoever has the most support points with you (you probably got Dimitri since he's the easiest to gain support points for out of everyone from his route).

Fun fact: I didn’t talk to Gatekeeper the first time on my Blue Lions route, so I got Felix and thought this was supposed to happen no matter what. I learnt my lesson and picked somebody on my Golden Deer route. However, after an accident that got me locked out of Crimson Flower, I restarted my run and rushed through, forgetting to talk to Gatekeeper that month. Guess who the randomizer picked? Felix. AGAIN.
