@@coolguy23 unless you use new game plus, it’s not really worth the time it takes to teach him all the flying and axe he needs. Dimitris strength growth is stupid, so any physical class works. Paladin is much easier to certify for, and has nice movement too. But I will try wyvern lord dimitri.

@@henryweinschel1357 yeah training axe is kind of a pain, but flying is pretty easy to work around. The extra utility of cavaliers is nice, but fliers do everything cavaliers do and more. With the 'new'dismoutning feature of mounted classes, you can also avoid extra bow damage. Not to mention that cavaliers are disappointingly slow. If you're playing maddening, I highly recommend wyvern dimitri, but if ur playing hard, just do what you think is fun

I think Edelgard's conversation with the professor is so sad. "I grow weak facing you". I did Crimson Flower first and Azure Moon last. It was so sad to see what Edelgard becomes on Dimitri's route--especially since I knew how much change and growth she makes when she has Byleth by her side.

Same, I admired her strength to fight for the future she wanted. I even admired monster Edelgard, because I loved the fact that she was willing to go that far to achieve her goals. Killing her feels like, I just squashing the dreams of the hardest working person (like having to kill a Elon Musk, or Mark Zuckerberg) in the world. Honestly, it feels a bit personal to me, since it's a reminder that no matter no matter how hard you work, there is a chance that you can still fail.

On my first playthrough in the blue Lion route Dimitri said he and edelgard were siblings (or if I'm wrong) but the moment I saw when he saw that edelgard was the flame emperor the whole time I didn't understand why he became crazy and became normal after I try to comfort him after Roderick dies

Played Verdant wind first, loved talking to Dimi and edel, then the flame emperor shit. I felt so betrayed and still do, even after siding with her. Like her if you want, but to me, she is no better than the monster she claimed Rhea was. Both stuck in a past and force change, and using people to make it happen.

@@hoohag5371 you can recruit the most characters in Azure Moon: everyone except Edelgard, Hubert, and Claude. However the fewest characters die in Azure Moon OR Crinson Flower, as depending on how you play, only certain unrectuitable characters actually are required to die in the story, 3 each for Azure Moon and Crimson Flower. Required deaths: Azure Moon: Edelgard, Hubert, Jeritza Crimson Flower: Dimitri, Dedue, Rhea Verdant Wind: Edelgard, Hubert, Jeritza, Dimitri. Rhea is implied to die afterwards. Silver Snow: Edelgard, Hubert, Jeritza, Dimitri, Gilbert. Rhea dies unless you S-Support her. On Crimson Flower, you can spare Claude if you beat him with Edelgard or Byleth, and spare Seteth and Flayn if you beat them with Byleth. Claude also states that his classmates should join you, but the only one who can is if you beat Lysithea with Byleth or Edelgard. Outside of the above, everyone must be recruited to be spared, though some can be outright avoided in battle.

this is why Black eagles is the most non-sensical route there is even their own house members have no clue on what Eldelgard`s 200IQ play is all about except of course for the Edelgard simp hubert. almost all of Black eagle students have no reason to fight for Eldelgard's cause. Ferdinand`s house is in shambles because of her Petra is basically a hostage to keep Brigid on a leash, so unless she suddenly become BFF with Edelgard over the past 5 years I doubt her saying she must protect Edelgard means what it actually is. Dorothea absolutely despises fighting so it wouldn't make sense for her to fight for Eldelgard's cause especially to the fact the she started the damn war in the first place. the only reason I see to why she was in the capital to begin with is to keep her opera house safe. and Bernadetta and Linhard are basically shut in and would rather mind their own business than to fight

They had that meeting before where dimitri and byleth met with Edel and Hubert. Its oretty well explained there that edelgard won’t stop her ideals for her conquest no matter what. And the only way to stop her and this war was to end her (and even in the ending she basically showed this with the dagger toss that stabbed dimitri forcing him to kill her despite letting out a helping hand).
