You definitely could! She isn't doing anything else turn 1 and doesn't really need to heal Innes on turn 2 so you could fit in 2 torch uses and simultaneously probably remove the need for Rennac. Fortunately getting staff exp on L'Arachel isn't _too_ important, so missing the extra staff uses here isn't too impactful
