3:04 I can't believe I didn't notice this before, but I love how Columbo(Soldier) keeps his eyes on Fritz(Medic), even after Spy gets shot. He doesn't even look at the body after it hits the floor. He was possibly in shock at Fritz being alive? Edit: 3:10 Fritz and Columbo's wide eyed, thousand yard stares are perfect. They've both seen so much. Much of it didn't make sense. Much of it was horrible truths they've discovered. They witnessed people atleast somewhat close to them brutally killed or injured and have done the same to their opponents. They will never forget the horrors they've seen, or what they've done. And if I remember correctly, Columbo is the only one alive now who knows what happened there, and I don't think he'd tell anyone about it. He can't have the comfort of knowing someone else had the same, or atleast similar, experience he had. He has to carry that burden by himself. And if he tried to tell anyone, they'd probably think he was crazy.

pretty sure that the briefcase at the end of the film respawns Fritz and he becomes the plague doctor we see. the end of the film is also confusingly the beginning of the film.
