Fear Factory audition - Fuel Injected S*****e Machine bass cover by Hubert Więcek

So, just today I discovered that @fearfactorymusic are searching for a live bass player. Since I played bass in Decapitated for a few years, my right hand is a Homo Sum Machine and I wanted to check out how I'd handle Fuel Injected Machine :)

so far the best audition, other auditions seemed to forget to use a guitar pick. others their playing wasn’t as aggressive and present in the mix compared to your playing for that reason. wish I had extra money to get a bass to audition as well but I’m a guitar player. good luck dude

Hi Hubert, can you tell us which strings you are using? The gauges interest me as i struggle to get enough tension on the lower string for that quick pick action.

gauges are 45-130. Everything is about the right hand technique, not about the strings. I play the same strings on tunings from B standard to G#.
