Also, it may be like Nightwish, who’s first replacement vocalist was mediocre, but finally got a winner with Floor Johansson. Maybe he’s not the one Dino will keep around.

@@barrybates433 Absolutely, 💯%, without question. I never bothered with Cannibal Corpse much after Chris Barnes left. Six Feet Under was kinda shit too. Burtons new band Ascension of the Watchers sounds like sleep music. Fear Factory is one of my favorite bands with a great catalog. IMO it should of been Dino who left, I love him mucho but it wouldn't be the first time and FF has proven they can go on without him.

Milo actually had a good voice on the harsh vocals. With some work on the cleans and more practice, he could be a bit different from Burt, but a good singer for FF. I was impressed on those cover videos. At times it did sound like Burt

Actually this guy is pretty good. I like this new idea of a bit cleaner yelling. But it was just a bit soft, I think he should put a bit more force into those high mids. Like to let that yelling rip. Maybe a bit like the hatebreed guy. But the singing was amazing.

Sounds fair in a way, but if Dino does that he will lose A LOT of money. Starting over is a terrible idea financially speaking. At the end of the day is a business.

@@rocktalks5706 I definitely understand that being an ex band vocalist myself. I just think there is going to be a lot of bad backlash if the new singer can't at least meet the aggressive and melodic standards that Burton set on the original line up in studio.

Retaining the band and changing the singer is easier than changing the band and adding a singer and trying to get people to come to the shows. If you are lucky to be a legacy band, you have to take advantage of that as a band at this time if you intend on surviving.

Replacing Burton for album recording is a mistake maybe. Replacing Burton for live shows has been needed for years. He just can't do the vocals live. Makes me wonder how much studio tweaking takes place.
