Doppelgangers don't really understand how things work. For example, Tanaka's doppelganger rotates his head to 180° degrees when you first interact with him, facing you without actually turning his torso Olivia's doppelganger could have had a wheelchair made out of meat according to some cut content that people dug up (that's what I've heard, at least). It's like it thought the wheelchair was Olivia's body part.
