I am convinced miro made the moment in the game this song accompanies specifically so he could flex his music muscles on something that isn't trying to horrify/creep you out. He's a damn good musician, you just don't hear traditional songs likes this much, the atmosphere usually takes priority.

What this game did with this bar and track is a trick i adore - every other location is a hellhole of constant terror and stress, but you get used to it and its not as usettling anymore. But if you end up in a safe chill space that brings no danger, you probably would'nt want to go back to the nightmare outside, and suddenly, its much scarier than it was. This contrast of locations was done very well in stalker for example, and it also is a bar :D

It is but the file for the audio is the same file because it's the same room, So they put both songs in the same file hence why it's a single video. If you go into the game files you can see them as a single file in www folder in audio and finally in bgm ^-^

It’s a very weird, almost surreal feeling finding this place for the first time. A break from all the horrors outside waiting for you, a safe space to relax. It makes it both heart warming and heart breaking when you see your party members stop to take a rest - they seem much more at ease and are just trying to take a moment to enjoy a normal moment in their now horrifying crazy circumstances, you all forget about the absolute insanity just outside the door, but then you realize not all of them are ever going to live long enough to see their old “normal” lives again
