I've been trying to just get this ending without speedrunning it for few days, this run is awesome, i didn't knew you can save your eyes from flock of crows with stone crown, and the way you two-hit clapped Valteil was simple yet genious.

Stone crown doesn't block blindness from flock of crow, iron mask does. I just got lucky here and didn't get blinded

Yeah, fighting him was kinda stupid, but then again, I didn't expect this run to go so well and if I had gotten soul stone I could've skipped the mahabre merchant, which would've saved a lot of time

Genuine question: how do you know what you pick up if you skip the text instantly?? I'd never be able to do speedruns especially on this game, you my guy are a different breed👏

I do sometimes miss what item I got but usually there's enough time to read at least half of the text which is enough to know what you got. Biggest problem is with enemies like the priests because they have some extra text and they drop multiple items.

@@Ihukne yeah i was talking about those times where the text basically skips without even showing what you got, you could get an empty scroll without even knowing it until you check the inventory, tricky procedure indeed considering how much the game relies on finding items with rng

Maybe I'm missing out on something. But you could've used the last empty scroll to get the Old Guardian soul directly instead of getting the old passage key. Or is it not possible?

Holding down the interact key speeds up things. We also allow the use of a script to hold down the PgDn key which makes text go faster

They don't aggro if you have stone crown equipped

How did you get the husk to spawn without interacting with chains first? My husk never spawns without me checking the chains before going to the lab

There is no need to interact with the chains before lab. As long as you are in present, interacting with the tank should spawn the husk

It's the hardest category to run. There's a lot of stuff you need to remember and a lot of small decision you need to make during the run. And obviously there's a lot of rng involved which makes the run harder

Yeah I will also said this is the hardest category to speedrun in. It takes me 30 hours to get a 38min run for this category
