I think most people didn't connect that it's Oczy in that first torture scene, so I think majority of people haven't been spoiled yet. Though I would think most have picked up on the nature of the show and is already prepared for something like that to happen eventually.

I won't lie, I had not picked it was Oczy in the very first scene. The intro gave me the impression it was a random nobody being totured to show how crual the Church can be if you oppose them. So I suppressed the scene out of my memory.

the second arc is imo the best of all the story's arcs and it has a very beautiful ending

Not spoiling, but in the tavern that noble (or at least fairly wealthy man) at the tavern said something like “youre gonna be disappointed” to gras when he was rambling about Mar’s perfect orbit, that makes me think that the upper class or at least that man understand more about astrology than let on, or maybe that drunk noble is gonna come back into the story

Astronomy* I'm pretty sure the nobles have access to education or telescopes of some sort. And have been learning these things for years maybe as kids. They likely know about retrograde motion. Gras is just a peasant amateur astronomer that's been looking at the sky for two years

For crying out loud. Polish pronunciation lesson 101: "Oczy" = "O" from 'knot' + "ch" from 'chop' + "i" from 'shit', but with a quick, smooth transition between sounds. "Potocki" = "Poto" from 'Potomac" + "ski" from 'skiing' but with a twist: replace "s" with "c" from 'citrus'. Smooth transitions and short vowels make it sound natural. BTW, "Oczy" means 'Eyes', so you can call him Eyes.
