This has to be the most simple best DIY video I’ve seen, anyone can do this really easily just by following your steps you’ve shown in the video. I’ll be doing this now. Thanks for showing us.

So guys I followed this tutorial to the T, BUT I also took a needle and color matching thread and just gave it a few basic in and out stitches, no need to be perfect with the stitching, it doesn't show plus it gives me peace of mind when I put my jeans to wash.

Ive done this same DIY to 6 or 7 pairs of my jeans and the very 1st time I went the fabric glue route... But actually regret it because after a few washes and due to normal wear and tear the adhesive becomes unglued ... So every time i did this DIY after my failed fabric glue adventure.. I decided to hand stitch/sew the zippers in place which honestly still holds up and has never come undone and its been about 4 years now!!! So i recommend looking up a hand sew/stitch turtorial and make sure they teach you how to a "Back stitch" hand sewing technique... The backstich is one of the strongest and most permanent techniques you can use when doing this by hand!!! Hahaha but enough of my ranting u guys will figure it out!!! Trial and error!!! Good luck!! Just wanted to share some advice!!

Ohhh also u guys if u have a seam stripper use that instead of scissors!!! It will literally make for a much cleaner and neater cut and it will help from getting messy ass loose threads coming off everywhere.. And before you lnow it your jeans have become a pair of booty shorts due to the denim unraveling itself muahah

Step 1 Remove inseam with a seam ripper, DO NOT CUT JEANS Step 2 Sew zipper inside inseam, DO NOT USE GLUE Step 3 ( if first two are out of the question) Take them to a tailor or Fork over the money for some real FOG

Nah the fabric fusion glue stops it from coming off but I'd say get the zipper sewn on instead

That's a nice video.. But there is Danger. You need to stich opposite side of the pants, not at the inseam. While were in walking/running, it make us tripping or falling and cause minor & major injuries.

Kieran Williams I work like this for customers.. I add zippers to either the inner or outer seam. which ever you want.. and I only charge 5$ a leg. and I buy all the neccessary items to do the job. also I don't beat around the Bush and try and take the easy way out like this video. I actually hand stitch the zippers in to give it the professional look and long lasting outcome

Kelly Abad walmart or Joanne's fabric stores. walmart is probably your best bet tho because not everyone has a Joanne's near by.. but everyone has a walmart. plus walmart has a ridiculously huge selection in different varieties and sizes. hope this helped.

nah you run a cold cycle and air dry, avoid all heat in the cycle.

Guys just a pro tip, if you are going to do this to a pair of pants/jeans make sure that the inseam is 2-4 inches longer than what you normally wear. If you're going for that Fear of God look. Keep in mind that their jeans have a 36 inch inseam.
