@@endcap it’s something about an apocalypse building up in a zombie movie/show that always gets me! It’s like you get to see life as it is, than chaos start to build up,people panicking, streets are going crazy, military being involved, just so hectic! It always makes my “what if we lived in zombie apocalypse”’question come to life. From less kids being dropped off at the school, student bringing a pocket knife( later seeing him scavenging food , as Madison and the student part ways you wish them luck and later in your journey you wonder how he and others are alive or dead), Nicks reporting of cannibalism, Maddison seeing a limping black silhouette outside of the school window and Chris joining protests(when little did they know shit was going to hit the fan) 😨. The beginning of an apocalypse is sooooo intriguing!

Is it really worth watching? I remember watching FTWD Season 1 and a little of Season 2 when they first released but I've been wondering if I should re-watch the show if it's worth it, I love TWD I'm just not sure if Fear is as good.

Only thing I hated about season 1 was how over the top daniel's plan was. Yes, send thousands of walkers at the National Guard, putting the lives of hundreds of soldiers, innocent people, doctors and loved ones into mortal peril, all the while undoing all the work that the army have risked their lives the last few weeks to contain the infected ones.........to "rescue" 3 people who were never in any danger, and 2 of which died anyway. gg daniel. killed probably like 100 mostly innocent people and filled the streets of LA with the undead to save 1 person. fucking gg. unbelievable overblown trash.

They would have died either way.....At least 90% of population that were alive during Season One finale. We know that the US milatary bombed L.A, San Diego and other states (especially the cities) in the main show. They wouldn't have made it either way. Maybe a few people would have evacuated successfully but how many do you think???? A hundred? Thousand??? Very unlikely. The shit went down too soon....within a sapn of 6 episodes

I loved season 1, seeing how the apocalypse started was great, I just wish we could have seen more of the society breakdown and stuff, but overall it was cool, but then they ruined the show with constant time jumps. Season 3 was great, but still the fact that they rushed deep into the apocalypse instead of showing more of the early days is just so dissapointing. Season 2 and 4 were horrendous.

My recommendation is to skip most of S2 unless u want to stab yourself in the head. Madison gets even worse, nick same, travis same, chris becomes most annoying human to ever breathe air. There are a few goodish episodes which are faster paced and actually not bad (minus every chris scene to even exist). These are the less terrible episodes (some with very decent actions sequences and some characters using their brain and a good recap of what happened): 201, 203, 210, 211, 214...and mayyybe 209 (which is when the transition from idiotic ppl to a bit more thinking ppl starts occurring...at least for some of the characters).

It's 2022 and these characters that were set up in season 1 never came back! Tobias, beaten up solider who has a vendetta against Daniel, Doctor who was left behind at the military compound. Don't get me started on season 2 characters that were set up and who never made an appearance again either!
