I'm a ex soldier who was lucky enough to be based in Munster from 1998 to 2001. I wasn't a drinker like most soldiers, I was a raver back in England and we were all warned to stay away from an area in munster called Haverkamp, so obviously I took it as a calling sign to go directly there. The area was industrial with graffiti all over the walls it was dark the only lights were from a few oil barrel fires smoldering on the side walk. As I approached I could hear the bass booming from the darkness the excitement made the hairs on my arms stand up. I got to the front of the club called Fusion the ticket office was an old caravan a huge bouncer an ex usa marine patted me down and i stepped into this new world of German techno. Fusion became my favourite place I went every weekend I also attented cosmic club regularly the promotion at the time in fusion was acid wars. I will always remember my nights in Fusion the music and atmosphere was electrifying. I've loved the Germany style ever since.

It's still huge on the continent.. In france there are raves every saturday night.. Some sound systems are packing 80Kw staks that vibrate your body and soul.. In the UK they are few and far between these days :( And mostly in wales..

I love your country and the history behind it, being at Berlin and sightseeing all of the classic architecture mixing with the modern one, and keeping in mind this city was once totally destroyed gives me a huge sense of admiration and respect for what all of germans (ladies mostly) and many other people did to reconstruct this amazing country from debris.
