Fear and phobia dwell and grow in a mind that is full of stress and apprehension towards anything uncertain. Your mindset dictates how you perceive and handle situations in life, and can sometimes carry the burden of irrational fears. This could be due to your upbringing, your life style, your conditioning and your approach towards life. If your mind finds a sense of security living in a fearful or stressful life, you will always find yourself anticipating the worst. And the worst may never come true. Fear essentially makes you weak and does not allow you to think positively.
When reality outgrows imagination, fear will disappear. All that is required is to reflect upon the basis of your fear, turn inward and let go. When you analyze your fears or phobias and take a look at your past, you will realize that less than one percent of your fears actually ever come true, and that too, not even fully. The wisdom and inner knowledge you will gain by changing your mindset will give you conviction and faith and that in turn will decimate fear.
