I'll probably never get to travel to see holy relics. Fortunately twice I have seen Father Carlos Martins Holy Relic's tour. Thanks be to God. 🙏JMJ

Fyi, learned this year about the Holy Family's house in Loretto and Mary's wedding ring in a church not far from there, both near Assissi. The list of saints and popes who have visited the Holy Family's home is extensive. What a relic!

PS... was always taught Constantine most likely faked his conversion for military reasons. But then you learn about his mother and her passion for finding relics... St. Helena pray for us! Amen 💓

@@dogkungfu8510 The HOLY Power that permitted him a major victory ("IN THIS SIGN, Conquer) he probably took seriously....just sayin Additionally, since it is his own mother who was permitted by Almighty God to discover the Holy Cross+ it could not be because she & her son were imitating some "Marrano" strategy. One cannot assume that all teachers, or publishers (even Catholics employed by Catholic schools) have a commitment to accurately transmitting the history of the Faith (Think about it!!!🤔)

@@rmp7400 exactly my point! For some reason I got taught to look at it from a worldly perspective not a spiritual, God is awesome! point of view. Not to my credit, I really didn't question it much for a long time. Then I learned about his mother and her devotion to God and my eyes were opened to the Truth. Praise God! Amen.

I was told that most altars in Catholic churches have a relic in them from the saint they are named after. Always wanted to confirm this either way. Thanks for this video... A little known and little understood topic.

It can be any saint or martyr, not just the one the church is named after 😊 yep thats true.

@scotth9828 Good to know! Thank you for sharing. 💓

It is NECESSARY to have at least one relic there ("where the relic is...the Saint is!"). The altar is an altar of SACRIFICE... Not a "Table of plenty". Since Vatican II, this obligation - always enforced by prior Councils - has been overlooked. Sadly, this is not the only Catholic Christian obligation that Vatican II has been lax about...

@@rmp7400 thank you as well for sharing this information. I assumed it was required, or as you put it better, necessary, but was not well informed. God bless you and everyone watching these vids! Amen. 💓

All of my rosaries are now third class relics thanks to St. Jude the apostle.
