I can't speak for Crispy Walker, but I thought the actual cooking video felt a little more stiff. It seemed like everyone was trying to focus on the cooking aspect of the video, and there wasn't really that much to narrate for the dish. But for this video, the cooking was done, so everyone seemed more relaxed and free to talk about whatever. I hope that helped? I'm going to try and make the Baked Alaska w/ Monsoon sauce for my next event. :)
