Live Swanee was killer. When he did his Zeppelin he was on fire!

Any one suggesting Swanee is talentless, weather you like him musically or not, is just showing your ignorance of both talent and music. I really dont think who he is related to is of any relevance. He was a good drummer (dont know about his drumming now), He is an amazing singer and a brilliant performer/showman. I've worked with him over a 3 year period in the 80's and I give him the full respect he deserves. A hard taskmaster but also a perfectionist. Plus, what a voice!

I don't normally buy into this commenting that turns nasty but I feel that something needs to be said at this point. The Rock industry and the people in it, made this country, pure and simple. Some made a lot of money, some made a little, some left in disgust and some made it a home. All did it by choice, and it was (and still is) a lot better than shoveling shit for a life. At this point I should point out that I'm Swanee's and Jimmy's nephew, so I kinda know a little about what I'm talking ab

Good on you Matthew, some of us remember when he wrote that& I always loved it the most! I met both your uncle's way back in the 70s, I can remember when Swanee was doing a stint cooking at the Bondi Lifesaver, Bon also worked there for a bit behind the bar & Angry used to D.J! Jimmy used to share his bottle with us when he was on stage & my best mate Rita, curled up & went to sleep in the P.A stack while Chisel was playing. Swanee has always been one of my favorite people in the world and Feather was always great! Garry Conlon who replaced Swanee was my son's dad, now he & Stuart are gone along with so many others.. John Swan had the most beautiful voice that could do anything & no one can ever take that away! Love em all!💖👏👏👏👏👏👏

@djrbfm oh dear, bit too old for me. So as a professional do you feel the need to make derogatory comments of other bands/artists? My problem isnt with you saying that real oz rock is stuggling, The comments that sound bitter on other peoples pages, more so now I know you have knowledge. So far all I see is u big noting yourself via ur band from the 70's in a number of comments on utube. I dont like ur music but i dont say ur dumb on ur page. I just appreciate it anyway. Just saying.

@OOHMIB thanks, most of these bands were crummy, and most of the band members were dummies. where are they now. and no-one made any real money. j.
