Nice vlog Feather. If ur trying to reach weight loss goals, optimal cardio time is after fasting, aka, the morning. Ur body is forced to utilize stored energy, i.e. fat, because u havent had a meal yet. This is the method the military has utilized as most effective.

A few tournaments as well. There will be a video coming out soon of my WSOP Gladiator run. 👍🏻. Mostly cash overall this year.

Thank you! On that day I got a seat right away. It’s definitely not always like that. The weekends during the WSOP are especially busy for the Cash games. I bounce around between WSOP and Aria so far for the WSOP. There is good action at MGM Grand also.

Absolutely. We’re super pumped for football season! 🏈. There will be a podcast/KZbin video released with my picks each week either Tuesday night or Wednesday morning from week #1 until the completion of the Super Bowl. Caesars properties have raised the take up to $6 max. Only Caesars Palace, Horseshoe and Venetian take up to $6. Everywhere else in Vegas is Max $5
