Jodie Blackshaw is an Australian composer and conservationist. Feathered Angels is a piece about the story of the little penguins on Millowl Island in Victoria. The government was able to buy back vacation homes to return the landscape to nature, and create a multi-million dollar complex that allows humans and wildlife to co-exist in harmony. The population of this Little Penguin colony has now reached 40 thousand penguins.
