Featherlight Pen | Quick Build | Ark Survival

This video is a quick tutorial on how to build a Featherlight Pen/house there is a large pen underneath with a 2x2 structure on top ideal for either a breading area or living area (like in my video). Watch until the end as I have made some variations of the build that I think you may like!

Featherlights are one of my favorite creatures in Ark, I have multiple of them, Nightlight, Firefly, Selene, and Luna. Nightlight and Selene are my breeding pair.

TIP: Place two pillars inside, BEFORE fully closing off the build with metal railings. I'm currently building this on Official, and I had to get on my argent to place the pillars inside the metal railings.

First of all I wanna say I love your vids, but I would like to see a bit less with prim+ or maybe even better a prim+build with some variations with vanilla structures! like you say '' now place the lumber sloped ceilings ( In vanilla you can use stone sloped roofs)! Thank you for your comment I started doing prim plus as a lot of people started asking for it if you notice I always add a variation at the end of every video which is made in vanilla materials to try and keep a happy balance

OneBullet yeah that's definitely an option. That style of pen could be used for anything really. Raptors could go in a pen like the Direbear one but he made that awesome Jurassic Park style pen instead. So I guess I'm just asking for a pen featuring the Thyla.

Nice build, number 3 was good with the extra entrance :) How long did it take to get the Featherlight's all lined up on their roosts? Is there a easy way, or did you throw them at the wall until they were all straight? o.0

ha, they can be a pain, they do look good all settled in and lined up like that. We could do with a go to this point whistle with a marker, especially for shoulder pets. I was happy when they made the ''Ignore whistles'' option, I have hit whistle all in my egg farm a couple of times in the past >.

Prim+, Lumber station, and with the right materials (Lumber planks or something like that) you can craft them form your inventory
